Life can leave us feeling imbalanced in a lot of ways. We can become emotionally imbalanced due to stress. Physically imbalanced due to fatigue. Spiritually imbalanced when we don’t have the room to feed our soul. But there is help for that. Sometimes, what we need more than anything is someone to listen to us talk about our lives and reflect back what we are saying with honesty and objectivity. Sometimes we need an attentive problem solver armed with solutions to help us achieve harmony once more. Chelsea Arne is a certified Yoga teacher and Bachelor of psychology who has combined Eastern and Western therapy techniques to create a safe space for you to open up and find coping mechanisms for your life journey. She is here to listen to your story and then provide personalized feedback in the form of open dialogue, physical exercises, breathing exercises, studying your chakras and more. Book a session with her if you are looking for somebody who can help you create the balance you need to lead a healthy more fulfilled life.
